It was a busy September. I took a sabbatical from work starting at the end of July for three months so we added travel to our schedule in September. Eric also left his job to go back to US Bank and had two weeks off as well. I went on a girls trip to Big Sky, Montana. Beautiful area and such a nice, relaxing time hiking and hanging out. Then back home Eric and I enjoyed bike rides and lunch dates during the week and then the following weekend we went to Oklahoma to stay at a ranch. It's one of Eric's last remaining states and we had a great time (after a long flight delay and 2:30am arrival!). The kids loved the ranch animals, especially the ranch dog Sky who followed us on Kyle's first horse trail ride for an hour. We woke up to longhorns and cattle out our front window and also went to a safari park where we could drive around and see animals roam in the wild.
