We spent 10 days at the cabin over the 4th of July week. While Eric and I had to work for most of the week, we were able to enjoy so many activities and time with the family and the extended family.

Coaching 8U softball
I enjoyed my 1st season of coaching the girls in 8U softball. I hadn't played since I was 10 so I couldn't have done it without the help of some other dads and then my Dad, of course! He kept score for each game and assisted with practices and reminding me of the rules. I only got heat exhaustion once and had to drag the pitching machine and all the gear to practice each Monday and games each Wednesday. The girls loved it and hope to play again.
