Hope everyone had a great Easter! We enjoyed a wonderful Easter Mass with Grandma Brigid and Grandpa Ed. The Easter bunny came while we were at Mass because we were so good. He hid eggs in the basement because it was snowy and cold out. Cecilia didn't get past the first couple of eggs once she found 3 jellybeans in each egg. Maeve found most of them and then opened her basket and Cecilia's basket. The bunny new just what to bring - toothbrushes, hair bows, window cling stickers, and books!
I think hiding and finding eggs is one of their favorite things. We may have to do it again to have some activities indoors to get us through this long winter.
Dying eggs the day before Easter was also fun. We liked the looks of the tie dye eggs but the dye wouldn't come off our hands!! Maeve enjoyed eating the hard boiled eggs but Mom forgot to put them in the fridge so we had to throw them away the next day!
We had a wonderful Easter visit! Maeve and Cecilia seemed to enjoy all the fun activities.
